	Nikki Meredith Nikki Meredith is a Colorado native and attended school in Grand Junction and San Diego, California, where she earned her degree in English. Nikki is the vice president of Insurance Planning Alternatives and has held her insurance license since 2002.  Nikki sits on the board of the Western Colorado chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and was recently named Middle School Parent Volunteer of the Year. Nikki resides in Grand Junction with her husband and sons.
	Betty Rogers Betty Rogers was born and raised on a ranch in Monte Vista, CO and graduated form Monte Vista High School to attend Adams State College and earn a degree in Secondary Business Education, and maintains a current teaching certification. Betty was co-owner in a trash business from 1993-2003.  Betty started in the insurance business as a customer service representative and in 2004 she earned her insurance license and prior to joining IPA she owned and operated her own insurance agency. Betty now resides in Grand Junction with her husband and daughter.
	Wayne Telford Wayne C. Telford began his insurance career in 1971 as an underwriter with Travelers Insurance Co.  In 1977, he left Travelers and joined Associated Insurers of Western Colorado.  He is currently a commercial insurance consultant with IPA.  Wayne graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1968.  He proudly served his country as a US Naval officer from 1969-1971, including a 15 month tour in Vietnam.  Wayne resides in Grand Junction with his wife.
